Want to sleep & the mind doesn’t?

We all know what it’s like to want to get to sleep and the mind has other ideas!

Quite literally that is just what the problem is. The mind is too busy, still actively sorting out the day’s experiences. Wondering what to worry about next- no doubt.

Like me you’ve probably gone through the trials and tribulations of changing your diet to see if that helps.

Then there’s the bedtime routine to try to stick to, to see if that will help. The warm bath, not eating anything after 8 ‘o’clock and the warm milky drink before retiring.

I even invested in blackout blinds for the bedroom; just to see if that’d do the trick.

Short of going to the doctors, I thought I’d tried everything.

I must admit I wasn’t keen on sleeping tablets and tranquilizers as you never know what side effects may occur.

But then I discovered Binaural beats. Totally natural I can assure you.

Using these the brain or mind can actually help you to get to sleep rather than prevent you from it!

They were first discovered by Heinrich Wilhelm Dove in 1839 and they are auditory processing artefacts.

Basically, he discovered that the brain produces a phenomenon resulting in low-frequency pulsations in the loudness of a perceived sound when two tones are presented separately; one to each ear, using stereo headphones. Then, a beating tone will be perceived as if the two tones mixed naturally out of the brain.

Modern research has since discovered that this can produce relaxation and other benefits including the inducement of sleep.

How does that work then?
With the help of Binaural Beats, your brain's frequencies can be easily and quickly adjusted to promote quick and healthy sleep patterns.
Your brain is directly responsible for sleep. Sometimes your mind races about your daily activities and it seems impossible to let these thoughts go.
However, Binaural Beats lower your brain frequencies to Alpha, Theta, and Delta which will help you glide into a deep sleep. Binaural Beats are safe, you don’t have to practice with them first & they work within minutes.
It has been a joy to benefit from the return of decent long awaited sleep patterns once more and I can highly recommend the use of these innovative beats and tones.
Sleep and the mind can, at long last be good bed-fellows. It has been a joy
